Every order is reviewed personally, with the price and artwork confirmed before production begins.
What do the package prices include?
The £99 Launch Package and £249 Pro Package include VAT and standard UK delivery. Any optional extras or changes are shown in your final quote before you approve it.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken in full after you approve the final quote and artwork, and before production begins. Building a package or sending an enquiry does not commit you to payment.
Will I see the artwork before production?
Yes. We confirm the design, placement and sizing with you first. Nothing is produced until you have approved the artwork.
How long will my order take?
Allow up to 4 weeks from artwork approval for a complete package. Individual business card, sticker and flyer orders typically take 3–5 working days.
Can I change or cancel a personalised order?
Contact us as soon as possible if something needs to change. Once artwork is approved and production has started, personalised items usually cannot be changed or cancelled. If an item arrives faulty or does not match the approved artwork, contact us and we will put it right, including a replacement or reprint where appropriate. This does not affect your legal rights.
What if I do not have a logo?
The fixed packages include one starter logo concept and up to two rounds of revisions. If you already have artwork, you can upload PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS files when building your package.
