Customer Policies

Terms of Sale & Service.

Clear expectations for quotes, artwork, payment, production, delivery and what happens if plans change. Last updated 21 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Invisaro is operated by Declan Wray as a sole trader, supplying branded workwear, print, signage and digital services. Our address is 170 Hoylake Road, CH41 7DA. You can contact us at enquiries@invisaro.com or 07944 976045.

These terms apply to orders placed with Invisaro. A “consumer” is someone acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Some statutory cancellation rights apply only to consumers. Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Quote requests and contracts

Submitting a website form, using a package configurator or discussing an order does not commit you to buy. We will send a final quote setting out the products or services, quantities, artwork, price, delivery charge and expected timescale.

An order becomes binding when you approve the final quote and, where relevant, the artwork, and we receive the payment requested. If a supplier price or availability changes before that point, we will issue a revised quote and you are free not to proceed. We will not change an agreed price after the contract is formed unless you request a change to the order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. No VAT is currently charged. Delivery is calculated separately using the parcel size, weight and destination and is confirmed before payment. Unless the quote says otherwise, payment is due in full after quote approval and any relevant artwork approval, and before production or project work begins.

4. Artwork and order approval

Before approving artwork, please check names, spelling, contact details, colours, sizes, quantities, placement and dimensions carefully. Production follows the approved proof. We remain responsible if the supplied goods materially differ from the approved proof, are faulty or are not as described.

Colours shown on screens and illustrative mockups can vary from physical materials and print processes. We will confirm available garment colours, materials and relevant production details with your quote. If exact colour matching is essential, tell us before approval so we can confirm what is achievable.

You confirm that you have permission to use any logos, images, wording or other material you supply. Ownership or licensing of original design work created by Invisaro will be stated in the quote where relevant.

5. Changes and personalised goods

Tell us as soon as possible if you need to change an order. Before production begins, we will confirm whether the change affects the price or timescale. Once personalised or made-to-specification goods have entered production, changes or change-of-mind cancellations may not be possible because those goods cannot normally be resold.

For consumers, the usual 14-day right to cancel a distance contract does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, not as described or do not match the approved order.

6. Non-personalised goods and service cancellations

If you are a consumer buying non-personalised goods at a distance, you will normally have 14 days after receiving them to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them. Unless the goods are faulty or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the return cost. Where the law requires it, the refund includes the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, but not any extra paid for enhanced delivery. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop has reduced the goods' value.

For consumer service contracts, including design or website work, the usual cancellation period is 14 days from the contract date. If you ask us to begin during that period, we may charge a reasonable amount for work completed before cancellation. If the service is fully performed during that period after your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may end. Where this applies, we will ask for the necessary confirmation before starting.

7. Production and delivery

Timescales begin once payment and final artwork approval are complete. Individual print orders typically take 3–5 working days. Complete packages, workwear and signage can take up to 4 weeks. Website and design projects follow the timescale shown in the quote. These are working estimates; we will tell you promptly if supplier availability, courier disruption or an agreed change affects delivery.

We will deliver to the address confirmed on the quote. Responsibility for physical goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or someone you nominate. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Faults, errors and returns

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for an agreed purpose and as described. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If something is faulty, damaged, misprinted, not as described or does not match the approved order, email enquiries@invisaro.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and, where useful, photographs. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, repeat performance, a price reduction or refund.

A personalised item cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, but personalisation never removes your rights where the item itself is faulty or not as agreed.

9. Digital services

The quote will define the project scope, included revisions, customer-supplied content, timescale and any third-party costs. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is carried out. Domain and Netlify setup is completed in the customer's own accounts where stated, so the customer retains control. Paid hosting, software, stock assets or other third-party services are charged only where agreed.

Project timings depend on timely feedback, approvals and content from you. If these are delayed, the delivery date may move by a similar period. Ongoing care or social-media subscriptions are governed by the minimum term and notice period shown in the quote.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with an order or service, contact us using the details above. Please include the order reference, what went wrong and the outcome you would like. We will acknowledge the complaint and work with you toward a fair resolution. Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from using any legal remedy available to them.

11. How to cancel where a legal cancellation right applies

Email enquiries@invisaro.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the following wording, but you do not have to:

Cancellation notice
I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods or services: [describe them]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Order reference: [reference]. Date: [date].

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep any mandatory rights to bring a claim in the courts available to them. We may update these terms for future orders; the version supplied or made available when your contract is formed will apply to that order.

Questions before approving a quote?
