What information we collect

When you request a quote or configure a package, we collect:

• Your name, business name, email address and phone number
• Any details you write in the message or notes fields — for example quantities, sizing or timing
• Garment sizes and the extras you choose to add, if you use the package configurator
• A logo file, if you choose to upload one

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and HubSpot may also collect information about your browser, device, approximate location, referring page and how you use this website. We don't use advertising cookies.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, prepare an accurate quote and take steps you request before entering a contract. If you place an order, we use it to fulfil that contract. We may also use limited information for security and service administration where this is in our legitimate interests, and retain financial records where required by law. Analytics are used only with your consent. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing unless you've separately agreed to that.

Service providers and data sharing

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. HubSpot stores enquiry details in our customer relationship system; its website analytics load only after you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics measures site use only after consent. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site. These providers may process data on our behalf, including outside the UK, using the safeguards provided in their applicable data-processing terms. We may also disclose information where required by law, for example for tax purposes.

Cookies and analytics choices

We don't load Google Analytics or HubSpot website tracking until you select “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you reject analytics, those services remain disabled; the preference itself is remembered in your browser's local storage. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” button. Submitting an enquiry still sends the information you provide to Netlify and HubSpot so we can respond to it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond. If an enquiry doesn't lead to an order, we delete it after 24 months of inactivity. If you become a customer, we keep order and financial records for 6 years afterwards to meet tax and accounting requirements. Analytics information is retained according to the settings in our analytics accounts and is deleted or aggregated when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect earlier lawful processing. Email enquiries@invisaro.com to exercise a right. You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy when our services or providers change. Any updated version will appear here with a revised date.
