Who we are

Invisaro ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based supplier of branded workwear, print, signage and business essentials, trading as Invisaro, a sole trader business. Our business address is 170 Hoylake Road, CH41 7DA. You can contact us at enquiries@invisaro.com or on 07944 976045.

What information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, through our quote request form and package configurator:

• Your name, business name, email address and phone number
• Any details you write in the message or notes fields — for example quantities, sizing or timing
• Garment sizes and the extras you choose to add, if you use the package configurator
• A logo file, if you choose to upload one

We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site at the moment[; if that changes — for example if we add website analytics — this policy will be updated to say so]. The site does load fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve your browser connecting to Google's servers to fetch them.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, put together an accurate quote, and — if you go ahead — to produce and fulfil your order. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you've separately agreed to that.

How it's handled

Our forms are processed by Netlify Forms, a third-party service that receives your submission and delivers it to us by email. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf for this purpose — it doesn't use your information for its own purposes. We don't share your information with anyone else, except where we're required to by law (for example, HMRC for tax purposes).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as needed to respond to you and fulfil any order. If your enquiry doesn't lead to an order, we delete it after 24 months of inactivity. If you become a customer, we keep order and financial records for 6 years afterwards, in line with HMRC's record-keeping requirements for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to object to how we use it. To do any of this, just email us at enquiries@invisaro.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle your information changes — for example, if we add website analytics or an online payment system — we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
